Contact a nurse

Whether you have a long list of questions or don’t know where to start, our friendly team of specialist nurses can help.

They’re experts in pancreatic cancer and can support you – or someone you love – with everything from signs and symptoms, to treatment and medication.

Just fill in the quick form and we’ll aim to respond within 48 hours between Monday and Friday – or 72 hours if it’s over the weekend or a public holiday.

Prefer to talk on the phone? You can call us for free on 0808 801 0707 to speak to one of our nurses. The Support Line is open Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays between 9am and 4pm, with lines open 10am to 4pm on Wednesdays.

Information collected is confidential within the Services team. They will not pass on your details to anyone else. In order to comply with the law, or the nurses’ professional code of conduct, there are rare situations when confidentiality may be broken. This could be an act relating to terrorism or when the service user is at risk of serious harm from themselves or others.
